About China Zun

The China Zun is an incredibly tall, skyscraper in the final stages of construction in China with a height of 528 m (1732.3 ft). Also, the Zun was derived from the Chinese, ancient wine bottle called Zun. In fact, the building shape resembles the zun. Furthermore, China Zun was built for accommodation. 20 floors were dedicated each, for luxury apartments and accommodation.

The China Zun is located on the Z15 plot, Guanghua Road, Beijing CBD, Chaoyang District, Beijing, China. Also, its exact coordinates are 39°54′45″N 116°27′58″E.

Firstly, Farrells, and Kohn Pedersen Fox designed the building. Secondly, CITIC Real Estate proposed the plan to erect the building. Thirdly, British engineering firm (Arup) erected the building to its present height. Fourthly, total floor area in the China Zun is estimated to be 427,000 square meters (4,600,000 sq ft). Fifthly, the height of 528 meters, is the height of the building from floor to tip. Whereas the height of the top floor is 515 meters. Sixthly, the building reached its final height of 528 meters on August 18, 2017. Seventhly, on August 18, 2016, while the China Zun was still under construction, it surpassed China World Trade Center Tower III in height. Finally, the building is made up of 108 floors.
